We work by appointment to ensure that your pet receives the amount of attention they deserve. Appointments are scheduled as 20 or 40 minutes depending on the type of appointment. However, because emergency cases are given top priority, occasional delays may be unpredictable and unavoidable. Please let the front desk know if you are unable to wait and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day or depending on the circumstance, admit your pet for a drop off appointment. We do make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.

For their safety and the safety of others, we do ask that all dogs and cats be properly restrained on a leash or in a carrier while in the waiting area. If your pet is known to be aggressive towards other animals or people, please tell the staff when you make an appointment so we can be adequately prepared for your arrival.

The office will close at noon on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve.
